I e-mailed Mike Mayo @ the King Ranch about this and this is what he had to say:

I have been here 30 + years and used to hunt hogs here 20 years ago and I have never heard of one. Sounds like someone put a catchy name on a crossbred dog

I am not saying he is right or wrong but thats what he said Huh?
