i was a inturn at the local vet way back when i was in high scoo. my family use to breed beagles and the neighbor had a weenie dog. when we had 3 beagles and 4 weener dog-beagle mixes i asked him wtf. he said the dam drops maybe 6-8 eggs and it may take several breedings to fertalize all the eggs.... so the ole weener slipped in and there ya have it. Grin Grin he also explained that only some small pecetage of sperm contains the baby batter the others are like little warriors to fight off the sperm of another male, to give every male dog that breeds some sort of a chance of having offspring... so it is posible to have more than 2 sires over a litter. this is just what i was told, he seemed to know all about it or he lied perty good.
