Not a big deal at all, when I've had inexperienced dogs(woods wise), that I know can catch in a pen, sometimes they just get confused that first time in the woods.  Sometimes you can just pick the dog up and throw him on the hog and he'll "snap" into gear.  Now if it happens more than once.... time to cull.
