Breaking dogs off cows

It is very hard to exlpain but I will give it a try!!! When I unload the dogs and tell them in a way they will go find cows and when we hog hunt they will make a few minnor mistakes if there are cows around and I will tell them thats not what we are doing they will go hog hunt the rest of the day!! But I only hunt 3 to 5 dogs on the ground and only one will be a pup so very little mistakes are made!!

I can walk them through 300 head and they won't say a word or I can talk to them and they will bunch the whole heard!!!
some dogs are not breed to do this some are!!

I hunt and work cow in daylight unless it fall into dark!! So the dogs just have to figure out what I want!!
