Not sure what your shed looks like but if you can jack it up or get underneath somehow you could start a fire and then throw in some greenery to create buttloads of smoke. My frined had a hive under an old storage shed once and this is what we did and then colected the comb and a big tupperware of fresh honey! Good luck! You could also call Billy the exterminator and let him get stung instaed of you!
