I would even let my old lady borrow my dogs

Well I told my husband last night if he doesnt take me hunting now that his shift has changed back to having weekends off I was going to find someone else to hunt with.....his response "yeah with their dogs cause you aint taking none of these!"... but I lay claim to atleast one bay dog so I am good, he is alll I need lol

We dont lend our dogs out at all, heck we dont even hunt behind someone elses catch dog...if our dogs go then we go and our catch dog goes - period.  We do not hunt with many people and they know how fennicky we are about the dogs, my brother in law asked one time to borrow some of them and I beat my husband to the punch with a "not no but **** NO".

I asked my husband if he would let the man that taught him everything take his dogs (not that he would ever ask cause he surely dont need them) and he even said no, which surprised me.  We run his puppies from time to time or a catch dog that needs fine tuning but would NEVER even think of asking to use his finnished dogs.

I am not even sure our dogs would hunt with out us or hunt that well....heck they are snooty enough when there are new/strange dogs or people!
