So another couple of questions for the hog hunters hunting off horse back.

Does it make it difference of how many dogs your running on the ground and if so why?

How are you leading the bulldogs?

Personally I've seen long leads, to RCD's, to a ring platted in the horses tell and clip the bulldog to it...Don't mean to hijack the thread, but its all related in the end

Its my thread and I like it.

I have led a few with a long lead. It works pretty good until the lead gets under your horse's tail! lol. I like tying off to the tail. It has worked out better for me.
One of my hunting buddies keeps his catch dog on his horse with him. He ties a blanket off on the back and she rides real nice.
Im still looking for that special catch dog that stays by my mule without a lead and only goes to a bay when commanded too. Thats a hassle free deal all the way around. I have had a few but aint had them in a while.
