 a good 4 or 5 ft roll of conveyer belting is good for a sled and fairly easy to pack. 7 or so in.from the drag end punch 2 holes 8 in. apart and then 1 hole bout 1 1/2 in from the end to run your rope back thru so that it sleds more by rollin up  the edge.has work for us in just about every thing cept the big rocks.few holes in the sides and you can lace your hogs in for securin em to the belt.1 will usually last a season.
  man that swingin em up in the saddle is a rodeo sometimes .my retarded buddy has put some nice size hogs up in the saddle .and hes also made at least 1 old broke roppin horse where he wont come within 50 yyrds of hog caught.
