Two guys stole a colt python and a beret 9 from my dad when I was in the 6 th grade, we didn't notice because they were put in the bottom of a gun cabinet a week later they broke in again and stole all our rifles.  Thats when we noticed the pistols missing.my first shot gun and rifle a 22my g pa gave my dad when he was11 and my dads first shot gun.  My mom came home and saw it gone called my dad.  He had the guys pulled over in hico 1 hour later.  He called  cops and the cop would not search the guys car.  My dad did more and found out more then any of the local cops.  The told me the only thing he regrets is calling the plice instead of just beating the shot out the guy.
