Yeah, I've tried to contact the VA on stuff for stuff kinda like this before but I alway seem to get some bonehead that has no idea what I'm wanting and then they never follow up with it.

I know it's a pain in the azz, but I always go the face to face route...that way I can always talk to someone higher in the food chain.
