It is in my neck of the woods.  First thing I do for any diesel is let it breathe.  Once I have the breathing handled, I start throwing the fuel to it.  Craig, you've seen my silver dually pouring the coal.... Somebody doesn't want to let me over on the freeway, I just put my foot in it and clear a few lanes Grin

I really liked driving Matt's 2008 with the engine brake when we went to Oklahoma last year.
