One can extra hot rotel
one block cream cheese.
drain rotel and mix into cream cheese. serve hot or cold.
its not salsa but it is yummy.
Maria Garcia makes good " salsa insano " by boiling tomatoes, tomatillos, jalapenos, and onions. She drains the water and puts it in the blender with some salt and a wad of cilantro. mmm
