They all get cut thru eventually. I would find the one that fits your dog best and role with it. I have two guardian kevlar vest and both have been cut thru several times. One has two layers of kevlar and the other has three layers. The three layer vest is the newest but has a lot more cut thru's.....go figure. I've never run a devastator, but know people do and they have had pass thrus on them as well. Nothing is 100%.
