Is she cold to the touch and lethargic?
I am thinking his parvo shot may not have been any good and that is an iffy age because there is a window of when mommas antibodies wear off and your parvo shot kicks in.
Get some Karo syrup and rub in her gums to get her blood sugar back up, I have given our puppies peptobismal to try to keep the diarhea down but if she is already cold and you cant open her jaws then IMO that is the point of no return.
Remember to bleach the area and try to keep other puppies away because it is contagious.
