I don't know what you are looking to spend or if you want a woods truck or a real nice truck but I know of a few single cab 4x4 1/2 and 3/4 ton trucks are that are decently priced and in really good shape. If you really want a yota, which I don't blame you for wanting, then look in the East Texas/Tyler CL I have seen several in there that are fairly priced for their condition.
