my dog was shot by property owner

Personally I would get some BIG CAT URINE and put around his stand and to hell with his huntig But in Texas the laws are made for the bad and unjust The law states that if it is on your property without your consent then it can be gotten rid of I am going to play the devils advocate and say that the man might of have in the past bad experience with a dog on his property and had bad results I can not say but to just cold blood and shoot it thats not right that dogs lived and breathed just be glad you were not shot or some kid going after the dog he needs to have something brought to his attention pretty fast cause if it had been my dogs he would be buying the dog and my dogs are not cheap I would bring it out to police so that the man had to see that you just do not shoot something and not have to answer to it Good Luck.
