Yes . catahoula and leopard are the same louisiana catahoula leopard cur is justa differnt breed of cur type dogs like black mouth, mountain, ect ... we called them leopard dog/curs for years like yellar curs
now as for the hound and leopard being the same no one has a bawl and ears vs the chop and bark
so the answer your looking for in my eyes theres 2 breeds of leopard dogs catahoula leopard curs and leopard hounds
