It does not matter if they are purebreds, hunting dogs, the family pomeranian, the kids dogs all are counted in the intact females (MEANING YOUR DOGS ARE NOT SPAYED) and if you keep your hunting partners dogs for them, they count towards your limit, as to call you a "commercial breeder" even if you don't breed but one accidental litter a year

THe langauge they are using will allow them to regulate if the state thinks you are properly taking care of parasites (this means when and what they consider proper medications) don't forget this also includes fleas as parasites.
