What dub an hogdog05 could not be said any plainer. Not every pup in a litter is going to make a jam up dog. And any man or woman that makes that claim is blowing smoke. The dogs that I have were given to me from the men that raised them and they got them the same way that I did. It takes a lot of hard work and hours spent in the woods and on horse back behide those men and dogs to get them. And you can not put a dollar figure on that. There have been some very good names of breeders put on here before. And a couple of them I know personaly. So get after it and show them what you are made of.
I got my start by being the wettest muddies person in the woods. If i got to go they didnt have to get dirty or touch a hog any further than tying it. The guys around here dont let go of their dogs to no one but friends.. leopards are a little easier to get but getting a pupy off a good line of yellow dogs is an act of god or FRIENDSHIP and Respect. It took me years to get a good yellow dog on my yard and when she had to be put down it took only a few days for people to hear and start calling offering me pups and even the finished dog i have now. I wouldnt spend a cent on a dog, I like to earn them and the respect of the people who have the GREAT lines.
