Wildlife Mgr on a large ranch not far from my house. Duties include managing the deer herd, hog population, guiding hunts, and all the little things that go along with.  Also cowboy when needed and help the farming side during harvest.  Also a full-time student.  Hope to graduate next year and start a wildlife/ranch management consulting company.  Also trim a few horses on the side.  Thinking about trying to learn taxidermy
