Well i think that if new commers want to come on well then lets go but i did that once and the new commer went behind my back and tried to get on my place that did not go over well. I think you have to work at it not just go buy some dogs and poof you have a team. But if some one gives you advice listion helping new people is great but just because they go buy all the dogs and all the stuff does not make them a hog hunter it means they can buy stuff. You can't buy time in the woods.
