Catch and let go? That ain't a catch dog. But that ain't the breed. I have seen pits that I would not call a catch dog, not many but at least two. Lots of dogs will catch, and I do mean catch and hold until you tell them to release. I ain't calling any breed imitators. Because someone will sure nuff show you you are wrong. There are culls in every breed too. Don't judge a breed by the culls.
