Now don't take offense to this, but sometimes the damn bean counters ( and the IRS ) that interfere with what would ordinarily be a common sense business move. In an unrelated issue, I am in the middle of purchasing an existing business that I have been involved in for 14 years.  Such a simple transaction is being complicated by potential tax liabilities. It's quite frustrating...  Not to mention, I just got done filing my 2010 taxes...  Evil   I know the bean counters are not the ones who wrote the law, but they are the messenger, and right now I don't like either one of them Grin
