I've never been in a mosh pit, and hope that I never am. However, as a kid I would go with my older brother to concerts. He liked Ozzy, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Slayer to name a few. I remember going to a Metallica concert after the black album was released. I was probably 12 or so, and this head banger in front of me got to banging and his long hair popped me in the eyeball... Stung like an SOB.
Once I was old enough to drive myself, if I was going to see a live band, it was gonna be Texas Country, or Chris LeDoux.
