Trent there are certainly people on these boards that know more about this than me but here is my 2 cents for ya.  Older dogs tend not to have as many pups as younger pups but as long as she is comming into heat she will more than likely take because she is passing eggs! as far as her nipple, even if that one nipple is non functioning the rest are probably fine. Layla raised 11 pups on 8 nipples. There might be a risk of Mastitis with her age and the fact she has never been bred. But I have hunted with that dog and would love to have a pup out of her.
