If your pups are young, take your time and start looking. A lot of good dogs can be bought if you do your homework. Many people get on hard times and are forced to sell stuff they don't want to sell. Find out why the dog is for sale. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Hunt with the dog and owner if possible. Get a trial for a specific time to hunt the dog . If the dog doesn't please you return it for your money back. If you can, find out from a third party if they know how the dog hunts. Not everyone with a dog for sale is a crook, but you have to be careful no matter what you buy. There are exactly 0 perfect dogs. You just have to figure out what you can live with.
