Well it has changed as far as the "pursuit" part. And yes were not technically hunting at night we are removing. DFG won't send me an update on the bill but if you read on there site they have changed purse time to only if "the farmer is on the tractor and see it he can shoot it" he can't go call an houndsmen up and tell them to come get it cause now the encounter is over.
As far is depredation permit or senate bill 329 it can be at all hours
Puts me in a real bad spot cause that's how I hunt with all this ranchers is 329.
