If your gonna go through all the effort to catch the hog.....Why kill it? If you want to kill it....Might as well just shoot it at the bay, and don't worry with the hassle of using catch dogs. I say if you got them caught, tie em'. Otherwise, whats the point of catching them? Jusy my 2 cents. But to each his own. Of course there are exceptions like when you catch one in a spot where you will never get him out, then you got to kill them.
