I cannot even start to fathom the idea of selling off my dogs and quitting.....and I've been right where you are now rd.....I only have 2 places to hunt around where I live right now, used to have none, and these places don't always have hogs on them. Get off your rear and hit some door knockers....make it happen. Good luck to you man, I know exactly what you're going through.
