Well, this thread just goes to show that the non hog hunting wives need to step it up a little around the house so their hog hunting husbands don't have to worry about honey dues and such not getting done while they are trying to put in that quality time in the woods.
A few suggestions to help you gals be better wives.
1. Learn how to do maintenance and change the oil on ATV's.
2. Clean and oil saddles regularly.
3. Shoe horses and mules as needed.
4. Buy beer and prepare good lunches for your husbands the day before a hunt so the can spend better time focusing on the upcoming hunt. Don't forget to put beer in coolers and ice it down.
5. Cute and prepair tie rope.
6. Insure all batteries are charged on his hunting and dog electronics the day befor a hunt.
7. Keep all skinning and sticking knives sharpened for them.
8. Stop complaining about dogs barking at all hours of the night. It stresses us out and takes away from our time in the woods.
9. Pressure wash ATV's or look after horses and mules when we return home. From a hunt. We are tired from hog hunting all day!
10. Last but not least....while we are gone, clean kennels while the dogs are not in them and sweep the dried mud out of the garage where we park our ATV's.
NOTE: if you are pressure washing our ATV's like you should be after the hunt, sweeping out the garage will be easy.
