Maybe you could talk to the land owners about a sub-lease...
you could try to pay alittle to have rights to go after the hogs in the off seasons...
Unless the current lease agreement between the land owner and the hunters says that only they can have permission on the property year round, you should be able to work something out... especially if the landowner WANTS you in there.. Just a thought...
