I lost a place in Leon county to some deer hunters this past year. It kinda pissed me off at first, then I thought about how much money they pay to hunt her land. I pay nothing, just provide a service to her. The deer hunters pay enough money, that it covers her tax bill every year. From that standpoint, she doesn't have much choice, other than to keep her deer hunters happy, and I don't blame her. Now, If I was willing to pay her several thousand a year to offset her tax liability, I bet she would let me hunt her hogs too.
