Job prospects in western nd and eastern mt are as good or better as anywhere else in the country. Cant find experienced hands ( my dad says the company he works for is having the same problem in west tx). Its really not that bad up there ive been there about a yr an a half, ive worked in southern an northern states and i think id rather endure the cold of wyoming or nd than the humidity of east tx or la ( im a dry heat west texas boy ). The pay is good mid 30's for driller an there talking another raise an they dont split our weeks traveling is the main part that sucks.
