Slick, I've always measured your dosage the same way as cattle. 1cc per 110 lbs. 55 lbs=1/2 cc. and mix it with either prop glycol or distilled water. Every month i give my big dogs 1cc mixed with  4 cc  of one of them and they are all clean. Never had any problems.
