I know folks that cut any size boar hog they catch.

I make one cut down the middle of the sack, cut through the membrane of each testicle, pull it out and cut the cord. Make sure the cut in the sack is low, so it will drain. The hog will go pack in mud and heal just fine.

Be careful turning them loose. I've been chased a couple of times and seen a bunch of others treed... 99 times out of a 100 they're gonna come see you!
