Thanks, that's exactly what I did, I guess I just suck at cooking  I can't believe you've never had it, that was breakfast lunch and dinner when we used to take pawpaw on our yearly deer hunting trip. He'd cook it in a cast iron skillet with bacon grease in the campfire. That was back when he didn't know nothing and I would rather been chasing split-tail than whitetail though
