I also don't understand how TPWD can require a hunting liscense to kill something they have no control over, but they do.  It's got to be a money thing.  The Sam Houston deal as I understand it comes down to one person making a descision that we can't dog it any more.   

I'm still in the sand box for now up here in Mosul. I should be outa here in a little over a month, thank goodness.  I've had about enough Iraq for this year.
