Genetics is the key to how big he will get. Mom and dad are an estimate on what he will be. Although if he has a gene from back when. He could be smaller or bigger. I honestly think food quality and amount is like 25% what changes a dogs size in its lifetime.Just my thoughts tho. I know a certain group was taking blocky mastifs and mixing the pitbull breed together to make bigger blocker animals. I think you can expect most dogs to stop growing at about 2ish years. There isn't really a fine line tho

I have a 6 month old blue pit.
Sire-110lbs
Dam-60lbs

Smoke is currently 55lbs last time i checked. Was kinda curious how much bigger he might get. He looks little to me but i set my standards so hi cause mt last pit was 140lbs.

anyways he not to short leged and really bulky. im just kinda hoping he will get to about 90lbs.
