Charles, im sure he meant " der fuehrer" Adolf Hitler. Before he went ahead with his plans for the annihilation of the Jews, he oversaw an 11 year experiment to breed the perfect Aryan line. He was inspired and irritated at the belief that American slave holders had produced a genetically superior African through years of not so natural selection. When Cornelius Jackson an American black won his competition, Hitler got up and left the 1936 Olympic games the following day Jesse Owens beat German contenders and Hitler was even more angry. For the remainder of his rein he secretly continued his underground eugenics experiments..... Sorry forthw history lesson, I was obsessed with WW2 history n high school.
