As far as use hog hunting goes, I have a 6v bright eyes coon lite. They have adjustable brightness. Brighter than a mag lite turned up and will last all night long as you keep it on the low side while walking. The 6v runs about a hundred bucks but you can get um rite on up there in price and volts to where it will burn your buddys retenas out when you turn to talk to him.
Best part is it is always pointed where you are looking, keeps your hands free, and you cant loose em cause they are attached to ya.
