They should have put the officer in jail for life for killing that dog if he was not bitten . If anybody shoots a police K-9 they will have murder charges slapped on them no matter what . I know a guy that had police all arround his house looking for a criminal . He went to check his backyard and the officer released the K-9 which bit him. He hit the K-9 several times and was arrested. This guy did nothing wrong he was never told not to go outside. He never recieved one penny but has scars and a crimminal record for hitting a police dog.
