It is possible that you need an off set ball joint if the camber is off. On a 4x4 2500 there is no adjustment for camber unless you use a off set. Most of the times a regular ball joint works. If the truck has been off road much and or hit anything or dropped into a hole it vould have tweeked the axle housing slightly thus the need for the off set joint. I am not saying the shop is right or wrong just my two pennies. i have ALWAYS had very good luck with sears. Also go to AJ automotive in atascasita and tell Carl I sent ya. He is a friend of mine and owns the shop and runs a real tight ship....Good luck with it...
