 Okay. I called my husband at work. Its the evaporator coil. A friend of his who is a mechanic told him to try washing it really good because dodges are notorious for getting clogged up with dust and dirt and then the a/c will stop working. Hope this helps. But water alone doesnt' get all of the dirt out. It takes detergent and let it set for at least 10 minutes.
