I use it on a regular basis, but mostly as a code editor.  Adobe's website has a whole mess of tutorials that may be able to help you out. If you're just getting started I would recommend using one of their templates. If you want to learn more about HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc., then W3 Schools has a bunch of good free tutorials as well.
