My eye candy

Schitem, let me start by saying I envy both you and your girlfriend for getting to eat such good food. While I am not that big on pastry or baking, I absolutley love cooking. If I could afford to leave my current job and go to some sort of culinary school I would do it in a heartbeat. I am happily married to a wonderful woman, but I do 95% of the cooking in our house just because I enjoy doing it., And I couldn't be happier. She will let me cook all day long and she does all the dishes, which is a pretty good agreement I think. I have a collection of cookbooks that would make most libraries jealous. I just wish I would have discovered my love of cooking years ago and could make a living at it. It's one of those if I win the lottery dreams, but I would love to open up a home style cookin resturant for the common working man to enjoy.
