Our entire pack is half plott- half cur cross & all are silent. Bred my old male dan to female lady & turned out a good cross. Kept all 3 male pups from that litter, they are 2yrs old now. 1-otis is an awesome strike dog, tons of drive, no quit, great nose, will stop a runner, & be hanging off the nuts when u get there. 2-pete has found a few on his own, will get gritty w/ other dogs. 3-gus solid help dog, has found 1, bays hard. Plan on making this cross again in the future before my old male gets too old.
