Guys i posted the same thing Cajun posted and my computer went down after i posted it, so i guess it didnt make it. Sorry for the bad info. The only possible "gray" area I saw was either section 6 subsections C or E if the pen is on your property. Not saying i would risk it, but, If you have multiple hogs in a pen and need to seperate one of them for, shots, barring etc..... That could be "retrieving domestic hogs" or using animals to work livestock for agricultural purposes.
