A cop didn't even know the law

  We dont really deal with that too much where i work, animal control is responsible for it.  I knew catching in a pen was illegal, but on the other i was just going by the Lieutenant who is in charge of AC..  Thats my bad..lol  I am pretty good at gray areas though..  And i still ilke the, "i was just using the dog for agricultural purposes working livestock to tend to a hog, which i wouldnt have been able to catch without the dog"
