a pic via modern cell phones is the best way possible, seeing how 99.9% of american people have a cell phone. txt the pic at the time of the catch or immediately after being hobbled so it will show a date and time of the txt. the only issue will be if the perso/s are in an area with no signal, but the phone will show a time n date stamp for the properties of each picture. if in crappy siganl, then send the pic at the first available sginal area. i know for a fact a lot of the areas on wright pattman have crappy signal for the places that should have hogs up river. im looking for the positive side of things on this hunt, that all membersof each team will have full honesty and integrity during this tournement. c'mon, we r all texans, we just some whoppers for stories.
