If u want size u breed a male stag to a female greyhound. If u want smaller stocky(these dogs are all thin so stocky is a thick thin if that makes sense to you) the you breed a male greyhound to a femmale stag. Stags are pretty much wolfhound/greyhound mixes bred down a lil bit.  These dogs are also more bred to fight than to just catch and hold though. Best to get em as pups and teach from pups on up
